RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns, Refunds and Exchange:


If you have received a different/ damaged product, we are more
than willing to help you out. Please go through our refund policies
and email us at help@concepthuman.co
We only accept refunds/ returns on products if you have
received a damaged product. We do not initiate refunds
for incorrect sizes.


Only prepaid orders will receive the refund amount. COD (Cash
on Delivery) orders will get a refund in the form of store credit.
In case of damaged product, please click a picture or create a video
while unboxing and email us at help@concepthuman.co . After the
refund/ exchange is approved, we will initiate the process. Products
are available for return/ refund within 6 days of delivery.


Refund will be generated on the same source of payment from which
the original payment was received. No change of payment source
will be accepted. You can also opt for a store credit.
